Purple Gallinule

This bird has the largest feet for it's size than any other that I can think of at the moment.  They also are capable of perching on objects that don't appear to be able to support them.  This one was shot at the Venetian Gardens in Leesburg, Florida.  They seem to be fairly acclimated to people there, especially the one that pecked at the front element of my 400mm lens.  That one was obviously out of focus.
