Manatees
Blue Spring State Park in central Florida is the best place to find manatees, especially during the cold months. I'm not sure where the name Blue Spring came from because the water always has a greenish tint to it. The run from the spring to the St. Johns River is full of turtles, many varieties of fish, and the occasional gator. You can observe cormorants and anhingas hunting underwater due to how clear the water is. It's a great place to visit and I highly recommend it.
